STEP 2: Virtual In-Processing
Fall 2023 Sign-up is Live!
If you are interested in joining our program in the Fall Semester of 2023, please sign up for a virtual in-processing session as soon as possible.
You are highly encouraged to sign-up as soon as possible. Please know that the sign-up sheet is first-come, first-serve basis for availability! If you cannot find a time that works for you, please feel free to email afrotc_recruiting@colostate.edu to schedule an individual session.
You must sign-up on the Fall 2023 In-Processing Sheet to reserve your appointment!
What should I do to prepare for Virtual In-Processing?
- Complete your AFROTC Application
- Please do not upload any WINGs-provided in-processing documents until after we fill them out together
- Obtain your Selective Service Number (males 18+)
- Upload any JROTC / CAP/ Eagle Scout / Girl Scout Certifications (as applicable)
- Download all required documents to your computer’s hard drive

- Here are the documents that you will need
- Ensure you know your WINGs account Username and Password
- Create a WINGs account
- Prepare your computer for virtual in-processing

- Download Zoom and create an account
- Download “Adobe Acrobat Reader” application on your computer
- (Free Version) https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pdf-reader.html
- Computer application is required to sign .pdf forms (cloud based Adobe programs will not work)
- Review Adobe Tutorials
- Schedule a sports physical IAW the AFROTC Form 28 Sports Physical.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL FILL OUT ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK TOGETHER DURING YOUR VIRTUAL IN-PROCESSING SESSION. WHILE YOU MAY WANT TO PRE-FILL YOUR INFORMATION, WE WILL BE SLOWLY AND METICULOUSLY REVIEWING EACH DOCUMENT DURING INPROCESSING. WE ASK THAT YOU WAIT TO FILL OUT DOCUMENTS UNTIL WE ARE ALL TOGETHER!
