Undergraduate Graduation Deadlines

Fall 2024 Undergraduate Graduation Application opens.

Commencement Fair

Applications for graduation must be accepted/approved by this date in order to have your name printed in the Commencement program.

Deadline for any Name Changes to be reflected in Commencement program. 

Deadline to order cap and gown for Fall 2024 ceremony. 

Applications for graduation must be accepted/approved by this date in order to have your name appear in the digital program.

Cap and Gown Pick up (Campus Recreation Center) 4:00 to 7:00 pm

Cap and Gown Pick up (Campus Recreation Center) 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Deadline to have Fall 2024 undergraduate application submitted.

Undergraduate Commencment

All grades, including those for final semester, are due.

Official transcripts from other institutions with all final grades must be received by the Office of the Registrar no later than 5 p.m.

If your transcript is received after this date, you will be considered a tentative Spring 2025 graduate.

The final deadline for all course adjustments, test scores, portfolios, recitals, grades, graduation application, and any other outstanding graduation requirements for Fall 2024 tentative graduates.

Tentative Fall 2024 graduates who are not meeting all their requirements by the deadline will be considered a tentative Spring 2025 graduate.

Fall 2024 degrees will be conferred (verified by the Office of the Registrar) on January 16, 2025. Transcripts will be available after January 16, 2025 and will show a graduation date of December 14, 2024.

 Diplomas available with final degree.

Spring 2025 Undergraduate Graduation Application opens.

Deadline for Commencement guest ticket request with the initial allotment. Allotment per student varies each semester based on the number of expected graduates. See Commencement site for more information.

Spring degrees will be conferred (verified by the Office of the Registrar) on June 16, 2025. Transcripts will be available after June 16, 2025 and will show a graduation date of May 10, 2025.

Diplomas available with degree.
