The Mesa Neighborhood
Bond Hall is a cozy home to about 50 UNC Bears located in the Mesa Neighborhood. Bond Hall is only a short bike-ride or walk to Central Campus academic buildings and the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall.
Boasting historic charm and beautifully updated suites in state-of-the-art living
accommodations, Bond Hall was built in 1948 and reflects an English-Tudor style of
architecture with individual floor-plan layouts on 3 floors. Bond Hall and many of
the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
