Bond Hall is a cozy home to about 50 UNC Bears located in the Mesa Neighborhood. Bond Hall is only a short bike ride or walk to Central Campus academic buildings and the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall.
Boasting historic charm and beautifully updated suites in state-of-the-art living
accommodations, Bond Hall was built in 1948 and reflects an English-Tudor style of
architecture with individual floor plan layouts on three floors. Bond Hall and many
of the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
