Berkenkotter House
The Mesa Neighborhood
Belford Hall is a cozy living community, home to about 50 UNC students in the Mesa Neighborhood. It is only a short bike-ride or walk to Central Campus academic buildings and the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall. New for 2022-2023 Belford Hall is home to one of our Pet Friendly communities!
Belford Hall was built in 1921 along with Gordon and Decker Halls. Belford reflects the Dutch Colonial style of architecture with updated traditional style living accommodations on 2 floors. Belford Hall and many of the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
