Journalism & Media Studies offers credit for internships and practicums. Students must be majors in journalism to qualify for internship credit.

Scholarships
JMS offers a variety of scholarship opportunities. All are handled through the Office of Financial Aid.
The Colorado Broadcasters Association offers three annual $2,000 scholarships. An application form may be downloaded from the association's website. Note early February deadline.
The Society of Professional Journalists Colorado Pro chapter offers two scholarships of up to $2,000 each year. Details are available on the organization's website. Note the Jan. 31 deadline.
