Other Experience

Dr. Pawlowski has traveled to many parts of the world and was a delegate to Communication in Athletics for the Disabled conferences at the invitation of the Queen of Qatar. She has also traveled extensively throughout China and Viet Nam to examine the role of women in advertisements.

Publications/Creative Works

Dr. Pawlowski's many publications include “Glued to the Tube,” a popular book dealing with the effects of television on the family and which led to hundreds of invited radio appearances. Also, Dr. Pawlowski has published numerous articles on masculinity in the media.

Honors and Awards

Dr. Pawlowski is the recipient of many teaching awards including the prestigious University of Colorado Teacher of the Year. She is recognized in Who’s Who in Business Professionals and Who’s Who in Colorado Professional Women.
