Spring Semester COVID Update
From UNC Coronavirus email, Dec. 30, 2021

While we are watching the situation closely, UNC’s plans for the spring semester remain unchanged at this time and there is currently no intention of pivoting to remote instruction. We look forward to bringing our community together safely for another semester of in-person instruction, activities and events on campus. The university’s indoor mask mandate, which has been effective at limiting the spread of the virus, will remain in effect for the foreseeable future. When the university reopens next week, employees should plan to work on campus or in the hybrid manner that was previously communicated by their supervisors as no new changes or restrictions to on-campus work are being implemented at this time. UNC’s free drive thru COVID-19 testing site also remains available seven days a week from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Colorado’s COVID-19 mobile vaccination bus will be on campus (south of Campus Commons) Jan. 7-10, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
