I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Colorado State University in 2022, and am currently earning my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNC. I originally came to the counseling center as a master's practicum student, and am excited to continue my education as an intern with UNC!
As a therapist I truly believe that our unprocessed past experiences can continue to negatively impact our experience of the present. Though I naturally fall into a psychodynamic perspective, I am constantly learning and will adapt to meet everyone where they are at in their journey.
I am an outdoorsy person who happens to be quite terrible at being outside, so I enjoy curling up somewhere in my hammock with a good book. In my free time I also enjoy spending time with my cats, going to local music venues, and playing Bingo.
