Departmental communications were disseminated on February 26 from the Vice President, Director or Dean of each of the areas on campus that will undergo restructuring. These communications explain the work that has been done to address the upcoming financial defecit we will face in 2021 as well as the timeline and processes UNC is undertaking to restructure the administrative services available at the college and department level.
Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, University Advancement, Finance & Administration, and Athletics will all be implementing Administrative Service Centers and identifying additional cost savings opportunities.
