UNC Trustees to Meet Friday, Jan. 19

The University of Northern Colorado Board of Trustees will meet at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, in the Panorama Room at the University Center, 2101 10th Ave.
The board will take action on a Faculty Senate approved update to the Board Policy Manual that clarifies definitions, procedures and timelines in the faculty grievance policy.
Discussion will also include information items on the agenda: the 2017 annual financial report and financial indicators, and Fall 2018 enrollment plan and recruitment and marketing update.
At 10:15 a.m., Trustees will adjourn into a special board meeting with the search committee for a presentation by consultant Alberto Pimentel on UNC’s presidential search. The meeting will be held in the UC Council Room.
The remaining board meetings for the current academic year are March 2 and June 15.
