UNC Trustees' Committee to Meet Wednesday, Aug. 23

The finance and audit committee of UNC's Board of Trustees will meet from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, in the fourth-floor boardroom of Carter Hall, 1700 9th Ave.
No action will be taken on discussion that will include a state update from UNC President Kay Norton, an enrollment and revenue summary from the 2016-17 academic year, an overview of the financial report from the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2016-17, and an internal audit update.
The tentative dates for finance and audit committee meetings for the 2076-18 academic year are: Nov. 1, Feb. 8 and May 9.
