UNC’s Affordable and Open Educational Resources (AOER) Committee invites faculty and instructors to apply for grants to support their work integrating OER into their courses. Funded by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, these grants fund UNC instructors to:
- Convert courses to OER (Open Educational Resources) and/or ZTC (Zero Textbook Cost). Receive $2,000 for high-impact courses and $1,500 for all other courses.
- Renew courses that already use OER. Grants of $750 and $1,000 are available to refresh courses that have been previously converted to OER.
The deadline for grant applications is Sunday, Feb. 18, 11:59pm.
