New Resources to Support Mental Health and Well-being

UNC offers more resources to support mental health and well-being

College can be stressful—sometimes even overwhelming. A 2023 survey found that 40% of UNC students reported that stress negatively affected their academics. Anxiety, depression, and sleep challenges were the next most common health problems affecting students’ studies.

If you’re a student feeling stressed, we want you to know that you're not alone, and that UNC has new resources to support your well-being. If you’re a faculty or staff member looking for resources for yourself or for students, please read on!
