The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences announces the retirement of Keyleigh Gurney, the esteemed accounting specialist, who will retire after an incredible 31 years of dedicated service to UNC.
Throughout her tenure, Keyleigh has been an integral part of UNC, making lasting impacts through her passion for helping others and her unwavering dedication to the college’s mission. Her leadership, mentorship, and collaborative spirit have made her a valued colleague and exceptional team leader.
As Keyleigh transitions into retirement, CEBS wants to take a moment to express deepest gratitude for her hard work, expertise and invaluable contributions to UNC. While her wisdom and warm presence will be greatly missed, CEBS is excited for her to begin this new and well-deserved chapter in her life.
Faculty and staff are invited to join in wishing Keyleigh a joyful and fulfilling retirement. In celebration of her remarkable contributions, there will be a farewell event on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 1:30-3:30 p.m., in the Dean’s Office, McKee Hall 126.
