The IRS has increased the contribution limit maximums for 2025. For most 401k, 403b and 457 plans, the limit has increased from $23,000 to $23,500. For those 50-59 years of age or older, the catch-up contribution limit is staying at $7,500, experiencing no change from 2024. Due to the SECURE 2.0 Act, those aged 60-63 will experience an increase to $11,250 from $7,500 for catch-up contributions.
