    Radiant You: Week of Events to Foster Self Care

    Join Campus Recreation during the last week of February for ‘Radiant You,’ a week of special events to foster self-care and appreciation coinciding with Eating Disorder Awareness Week. The goal is to raise awareness around eating disorders, share resources and foster community.

    Event schedule:

    • Monday, Feb. 24, Sound Bath in Butler Hancock Pool from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday, Feb. 25, Yoga for Everybody in the Upper Group Fitness Room, 6:15-7 p.m.
    • Wednesday, Feb. 26, Adaptive Rec Night, 6-9 p.m., and Adaptive Climbing, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
    • Thursday, Feb. 27, Morning Stretch with Coffee and Connections, 8:30-9 a.m., and Radiant You Zumba, 5-5:45 p.m.
    • Friday, Feb. 28, Everybody Raves in the Upper Group Fitness Room, 7-10 p.m.

    All events are free.
