Faculty and staff can receive their 2023 W-2 form online through Ursa as long as they make sure their correct address is listed. With this option, a paper W-2 form is not mailed to you. For those who previously selected the online W-2, this consent carries over from last year and no further action is needed. Electronic consent and address updates need to be in place by Jan. 8. W-2 forms will be made available no later than Jan. 31.
