The Psychological Services Clinic (PSC) at UNC provides confidential, low-cost counseling and psychological assessment services, with weekly counseling services starting at $75 for the entire semester for individuals, couples, families and group counseling. Group counseling is always free.
Cognitive and personality assessments are also available for children, adolescents and adults. It costs $750 for the initial battery of assessments (not offering testing for Autism at this time).
The services are provided by master’s and doctoral-level graduate students who are closely supervised by licensed mental health professionals and faculty members in Counseling Psychology, School Psychology and Counselor Education and Supervision.
