Students currently living on campus can sign up for a space during UNC's Call Dibs campaign and live on campus again for the 2024-25 year. There are options to live in the residence halls, a university-owned house or an apartment in Arlington Park. Those who complete either the university-owned houses or Arlington Park Apartments contract, will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a space is available. Returning residents have more meal plan options as well.

Students can complete an online housing contract through the Housing Portal.
