The annual Bears Bash and Family Fest, a partnership between UNC Athletics and the
Greeley Tribune, returns Saturday, Aug. 26 with UNC football practice, food, games,
giveaways, fun and interactive opportunities to meet UNC student-athletes and coaches,
including Head Football Coach Ed Lamb.
The annual family-friendly event will be held on the west practice field adjacent
to Nottingham Field and the Bank of Colorado Arena from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Bears Bash and Family Fest will feature exclusive opportunities to interact with UNC
student-athletes and coaches as they host interactive activities suited for kids of
all ages, including a kids zone with bounce houses and face painting, a punt, pass
and kick competition, soccer kicks, a putting green and more. Other activities include
tailgate games, autographs and photos with Klawz, cheerleaders, student-athletes and
