As part of Academic Excellence week, Research Day 2019, which was sponsored and coordinated in part by the McNair Scholars Program, took place this Thursday at the University Center on campus. Research Day is an annual event with the primary focus of "highlighting and recognizing graduate and undergraduate student research throughout all disciplines at the University of Northern Colorado".
This year, several McNair Scholars were finalists for Research Excellence Awards, including Dorothy Agyemang, Kady Barthelemy (alumni/graduate), Jorge Rubio, Ariana Borroto, Malaika Michel-Fuller, Torrence Brown-Smith, and Cody Salazar. Congratulations to all our finalists!
