Utility Systems & Resource Conservation

The Utility Services area is responsible for repair, maintenance, and small construction of all Campus utility infrastructure and the building services system. This system distributes all of the necessary electricity and water for heating and air conditioning to all buildings and Residence Halls on Campus and throughout those buildings to each point of use.

The distribution system is comprised of many miles of tunnels, pipes, and wires that deliver these vital services to Campus. Once the utilities are delivered to the building, production equipment produces and delivers to the point of use.
