The 2017 Early Childhood Summit lasted for 2½ days of inspiring sessions developed
for early learning professionals including early childhood educators, early intervention/special
education providers, child care providers, early childhood administrators, special
education administrators, and family members. The summit focused on effective collaboration
and teaming practices which support young children and their families. Drs. Dathan
Rush and M’Lisa Shelden led the group to understand and apply knowledge around collaborative
practices to support the needs of each infant, toddler, or preschooler in all learning
environments.
