On Being a Bear

Teresa joined the advancement team in fall of 2022 but her ties to UNC go back to her undergraduate experience at UNC. A former student leader, student body president and Stryker Scholar, Teresa was an active and engaged student who fell in love with UNC. First serving as UNC's university events coordinator, Teresa helped create the opportunities for Bears of all ages to connect and engage in a university focused on the success of current and future students. Now, she serves as UNC's Assistant Director of Alumni Relations focusing on building relationships and programming with UNC's recent graduates.
