Steve Western (BA-78), Coos Bay, Ore., has written Why Do We Have to Learn This Crap? Twenty-Five Days in the Life of a Basic-Math Teacher. The humorous eBook answers the question, Why don’t more American adolescents scale the mathematical bell curve and reach average?
Inside Act: How Twelve Actors Made It and How You Can Too by UNC faculty member Ken Womble documents the experience of working actors by exploring the choices they made at critical moments in their careers and how those choices led to substantial results.

It is an inspirational story of Tom and his first ‘therapy dog’ told in a fictionalized memoir that explores a remarkable psychic relationship. Tom is a psychotherapist, life coach, writer and professor, affiliated with Regis University in Denver.
