Fellow Bears,
Thank you to everyone who participated in last week’s town hall discussions on priorities for the next phase of our Rowing, Not Drifting 2030 strategic plan. At each session, Provost and Executive Vice President Kirsty Fleming
and I shared an update on progress made in the second phase of plan implementation, and we heard your input on priorities for the next two years.

The Institutional Planning Group has reviewed the town hall feedback and developed a revised set of proposed tactics
for Phase III of the strategic plan, which begins July 1. I invite you to review and provide input on the revised tactics by participating in
this short survey.
In the first four years of implementation, we have accomplished a lot together, driven
by our shared sense of purpose. Your ideas on how we can continue to advance our strategic
priorities and position the University of Northern Colorado to realize our vision for 2030 will help inform our work together for the next two years. Thank you for taking the
time to offer your perspective. I look forward to sharing a final set of Phase III
tactics next fall.
