Last Friday, I joined CU President Bruce Benson, CSU President and Chancellor Tony Frank and School of Mines President Paul Johnson for a panel discussion in front of the Joint Budget Committee, which helps prepare budget recommendations for the State of Colorado. In my remarks, I talked about what a special place UNC is, the types of students we serve, the relationship between the investment in state funding and pricing, and encouraged more collaboration among our state colleges and universities. The discussion also included a Q&A with the panel.
