Message from President Andy Feinstein
March 27, 2020: We have all used the word unprecedented more times than we can count lately, but few words better reflect the recent changes in our personal and professional lives. For several weeks, UNC has sought to manage wide ranging impacts to our students, staff, and faculty, sustain the health and safety of our community, and ensure the continuous delivery of our core academic mission and support functions—even before the federal, state, and local response to the Coronavirus pandemic accelerated.
