The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics is housed on the first and second floors of Gunter Hall, located on central campus, home to the health sciences. Space utilized by the program includes faculty and staff offices, food sciences laboratory, nutrition assessment laboratory, student computer labs, and hi-tech classrooms equipped with current multimedia devices.
