Need to register? Use the following link to submit registration and completed forms.
Once registered, please pay registration fees - see below for details!
Teacher/Group Registration
If you would like to register a group, please complete the following steps:
1) Register using the following link:
2) Please collect all completed forms from each student. Save each form as StudentLastName_StudentFirstName _TeacherLastName (for example: Duncan_Victoria_Keenan).
**Once collected, please send an email all forms to LPSEF@unco.edu
3) Have students complete required waivers to participate in the fair, at the link below:

Paying for Science Fair
Registration fees are $35.00 per participant* (this fee includes lunch and event costs).
Please pay fees at the link below.
*If you are paying for a group, you can pay for multiple participants at once (see instructions in e-store).

Science Fair Q&A Session
Please join us for an online Q&A session about forms and registration! This will be held Thursday, September 19th from 4:30-6:30pm. Please drop in anytime during this window if you can. The zoom link is: https://unco.zoom.us/j/7622156215. If you cannot make it, not a problem! The meeting will also be recorded and posted on our website! Be a Judge or Volunteer
LPSEF would not be possible without the many volunteers that help us to make our fair great! We are looking for volunteers and judges for
LPSEF, see description below. If you are able, we would love to have you – please sign up at the link below!
Being a LPSEF Judge:
LPSEF Judges volunteer their time, enthusiasm, and expertise to help our student researchers get the most out of their fair experience. Anyone with a high school degree or above and a love for all things STEM is encouraged to sign up. Judges engage directly with students and their projects; asking questions, guiding discussions, and ultimately selecting the winners of the fair. Year over year, students report that the #1 reason they participate is the opportunity to meet and receive feedback from real live STEM professionals. Check out this presentation to learn more.
*If you are a family member or teacher of a participant, we kindly ask that you are not a judge. However, we would love for your to volunteer (please see below)!
Being a LPSEF Volunteer:
LPSEF needs volunteers to help with many tasks throughout the fair! From helping with set-up and breakdown, running judges’ sheets to score keepers, and assisting with registration and poster set-up, there are many opportunities for you to volunteer! Anyone that would like to be a helpful hand during the fair is encouraged to sign up to be a volunteer!
