Research/Areas of Interest

Courses I regularly teach include the Fundamentals of Mathematics (MATH 181/182/283) for future elementary teachers and Introductory Statistics.

My interest include prospective elementary teachers’ perceptions of their confidence in understanding mathematical concepts and their perceived ability to teach mathematics and statistics. I am also interested in creating engaging activities to enhance understanding of introductory statistics.
