The Advising and Retention Specialist in the NHS Advising Center serves as the advisor for Human Services and Nursing Exploring (students with last name A-K), is responsible for the development of individual success plans, course and degree planning, and class selection/scheduling for their advisees, conducts probation advising, maintains accurate records in the CRM system, and contributes to the development and delivery of unit-level programing.
