Professional/Academic Experience

Hey there! My name is Jakob Coykendall and I am from Denver, Colorado. My major is in Asian Studies- Liberal Arts and I have minors in Japanese, Sociology, and Communication Studies. I am both a first-generation and Queer identified student at the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating from UNC, I hope to attend graduate school and to study Communication. In 2020, I was a recipient of the Bob and Bonnie Phelps Family CAP Awards and the Sara Thompson Magical Mermaid Scholarship. One day, I hope to have my own personal library of books and my favorite animals are rats!
