Professional/Academic Experience
Hello, my name is Eduardo Maya and originally, I am from Garden City, Kansas. Although
in the middle of nowhere, this small town represents a kaleidoscope of diversity that
I am grateful to represent. The greatest achievements in my life to date include graduating
from my hometown High School and Community College. I am currently pursuing a major
in Anthropology and a minor in history. Academically I would like to graduate from
UNC and then continue my education here in the state of Colorado if possible. Although
I have only lived here for a little over a year, I have come to love the state. Some
of my interest include kayaking, mountain biking, hiking and shooting sports! Ideally,
I would like to hold a career that allows me to employ Forensic Anthropology training
in areas of conflict around the world, possibly for organizations like the International
Criminal Court, United Nations, or INTERPOL.
