Affordable Course Materials Services
University of Northern Colorado librarians support faculty and instructors replacing costly commercial course materials with affordable or no-cost alternatives. Such a change benefits students in both cost savings and immediate access to course materials and benefits faculty and instructors in offering flexibility and customization of course content.
“The cost of textbooks is one of the greatest costs that I incur each semester... That 600 dollars has a great effect when considering it could be spent on critical things such as rent, groceries, or other essentials.”
~ UNC undergraduate student
