25Live is the scheduling system utilized by the University of Northern Colorado to reserve classroom and event spaces on campus. The 25Live environment is available to anyone with internet access; however, scheduling abilities are only activated for authorized schedulers. 25Live users that are not authorized schedulers, will have view only capabilities within the system.
Please do not assume a space can be used just because it appears available. Always reserve spaces through an authorized scheduler.
For Academic reservations, please visit the Dean’s Office to identify the Business Operations Manager (BOM) or Student Faculty Support Specialist (SFS). The BOM will take care of any course scheduling, and the SFS will be the contact for all other types of scheduling such as academic meetings or supplemental computer lab reservations.
For Event reservations, please make requests through Conference and Event Services by Filling out the Qualtrics Survey: https://www.unco.edu/events/, or by emailing event.services@unco.edu, or by calling 970-351-2558. Depending on the location chosen, the type of reservation, and/or if special resources are required, a fee may be applicable.
Scheduling access within 25Live can be requested for authorized schedulers through OnBase via submission of the Access Request Form. It is recommended that any newly authorized schedulers contact the functional administrator of 25Live for additional training after their user account is activated.
