Heating Plant Boiler #3 Replacement

Existing High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) Boiler #3 has reached the end of its useful life, and has no pollution controls capabilities.  Project will remove the existing boiler and replace it with a new Low Emissions HTHW Boiler located in a new addition onto the north end of the Heat Plant. 

Budget = $5,000,000
