Multilingual Education: TESOL
The Multilingual Education Master of Arts degree provides advanced knowledge, skills, and cross-cultural competencies for a variety of teaching contexts both in the United States and around the world.
The Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) concentration prepares students with advanced knowledge, skills, and cross-cultural competencies to work in the field of TESOL or in international or domestic non K-12 educational settings with emergent bilingual and bicultural students.
This program is offered as an online program through UNC's Extended Campus.
UNC Asian Studies B.A. students: please note that an accelerated (4+1) version of the master's degree program is available, which allows you to transition into this online program while you are still completing your bachelor's degree.
