Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) at Detachment 90 gives students attending University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University, Front Range Community College, and Aims Community College the opportunity to commission as an Officer in the U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force. Recognized as one of the top AFROTC Detachments in the Country, Detachment 90 has been awarded “Best Large Detachment in the Nation” in 2019 and 2021. While pursuing academic degrees, AFROTC cadets are provided numerous opportunities to explore the multitude of career fields available in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force.
