Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing authority for the University of Northern Colorado.

The Board of Trustees for the University of Northern Colorado consists of nine members. Seven are voting members appointed by the governor to serve four-year terms. The additional two members are elected by university faculty and students, who each elect one non-voting representative to serve one-year terms on the board.
