Aims2UNC Curriculum Maps

The Aims2UNC Curriculum Maps are a result of the collaborative efforts of staff and faculty at both Aims Community College and UNC, and are centered on assisting students that intend to transition to UNC after earning their Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Aims. The Aims2UNC Curriculum Maps designate which courses a student should take at Aims to efficiently transition to UNC and obtain a bachelor’s degree. For Aims2UNC participants, these curriculum maps will be supplemented by advising by cross-trained staff to assist each participant in their path forward. For a bachelor’s degree that requires 120 credits, a student following these guides who transitions to UNC with an A.A. or A.S. degree (60 credits with no D’s or F’s) will ordinarily have 60 credits left to complete at UNC.
