Mathematical Sciences Online Support and Remote Advising
While in person classes have transitioned to online meetings, our face-to-face support options have also moved to an online format until meeting face-to-face is deemed reasonably safe. This includes support from:
- The Study Center
- CS Study and Homework Help
- STEP Peer Mentors
- Math Student Lounge
- Dr. Virgil Pierce
Mentoring ~ Study Help
If you need to talk to someone to get help with your classwork with Math or Computer Science or preparing for the PRAXIS we are coordinating video office hours via Zoom and Explain Everything Whiteboard.
Follow this link to view the calendar with meeting times and meeting links.
Meeting titles indicate the kind of support you will receive at that time and if you click on an individual meeting you will be able to see more particular details including who is running the session and links to the meeting.
Math Student Lounge
Maintaining a sense of community is important. The department has a discord server available for you to chat and work with your peers.
