Sabin Hall
The Mesa Neighborhood
Sabin Hall is home to the Women’s Residential Learning Community. The close-knit community of Sabin Hall is home to 33 Bears with cozy deluxe community-style rooms that have their own bathrooms or community-style rooms with a community bathroom. Whether you choose deluxe or traditional, you will be near University Center and only a short bike-ride or walk to the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall and the Central Campus academic buildings.
Sabin Hall was built in 1936, along with Snyder Hall, and offers historic charm and beautifully updated traditional-style living accommodations. Sabin reflects the Dutch-Colonial style, along with many of the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
