Belford Hall

The Mesa Neighborhood

Belford Hall is a cozy living community, home to about 50 UNC students in the Mesa Neighborhood. It is only a short bike ride or walk to Central Campus academic buildings and the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall. Belford Hall is home to one of our pet-friendly communities!

Belford Hall was built in 1921 along with Gordon and Decker Halls. Belford reflects the Dutch Colonial style of architecture with updated traditional-style living accommodations on two floors. Belford Hall and many of the residence halls in the Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
