Descriptive Guide to Michener Library Mezzanine

Locations on the second floor of Michener Library are listed below, starting as users reach the top of the stairs. The list starts with the locations nearest the stairs, first to the left of the stairs, then to the right.

The mezzanine is located up half a flight of stairs from the first floor of Michener Library. It contains display cases with items from the James A. Michener Collection as well as tables and chairs for individual and small group study.

After walking up the half flight of stairs from the first floor, turn slightly to the right. Turn left immediately. Proceed straight. At the corner, turn left. Proceed straight. The elevator is ahead on the left. To continue around the mezzanine, pass the elevator. At the corner, turn left. Proceed straight. At the corner, turn left. Stairs leading up are on the right. Stairs leading down are ahead and to the right.
