📋 How to Create Your Qualtrics Account
- Visit https://unco.qualtrics.com
- Log in using your UNC email address and password
- A new account will be created with limited permissions
🔓 Unlock Full Survey Permissions
To gain access to features like survey distribution and response collection, students must complete the following steps:
✅ Review and Accept:
✅ Acknowledge:
- That any human subjects research must be covered by an approved IRB Protocol
- Completion of appropriate human subjects research training
✅ Submit:
- Log in to https://unco.qualtrics.com
- Complete the Qualtrics Account Permission Request Form
Once all steps are completed, the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (OIRE) will elevate your account permissions within 3–5 business days.
