These programs, authorized by the Colorado Department of Education, are offered through CCU’s College of Adult and Graduate Studies and are specifically designed to meet the unique needs of working adults.
Colorado Classrooms Live
Colorado Classrooms Live (CC-LIVE) is a service that supports new rural Colorado 7–12th-grade math teachers through virtual teacher mentorship. CC-LIVE also allows rural schools with math teacher vacancies equitable virtual access to certified, experienced Colorado math teachers regardless of location.

The Colorado Department of Higher Education’s Colorado Educator Loan Forgiveness Program offers loan repayment assistance on qualified loans for educators, mainly for those who serve in rural and hard-to-fill positions in Colorado. Participants are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in loan forgiveness in a given year.

Teacher Apprentice Coaching & Consulting
Teacher Apprentice Coaching & Consulting (TASCC) is a firm that provides a pathway to teaching licensure. A person starts the program by obtaining a substitute teacher license. They gain teaching experience under the watchful eye of a mentor, then go on to complete their degree program and apply for full licensure.
