Doctoral Minor
The Educational Leadership minor is a 15-credit program open to students enrolled in any UNC doctoral program, with approval from their doctoral program advisor. This minor aims to broaden and deepen students’ knowledge of leadership theories, practices, strategies, and research to promote effective change and enhance instructional environments. Upon completion, the minor will be recorded on the student’s transcript as Minor in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies.
