Registration closes for Future Teacher Conference on Friday, January 23. (Don’t wait to register, spots fill up quick!)
The Future Teacher Conference is Friday, February 6, 2026
- Registration opens at 7:00 a.m.
- Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m.
- Conference begins after breakfast
- Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. in Campus Commons
- Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m.
- Conference begins after breakfast in the University Center (UC) Ballrooms
If you are not participating in a campus tour, the conference will conclude at 2:00 PM.
For those joining the tour, it will begin at 2:20 p.m. and will finish around 3:00–3:30 PM. Visit our Campus Tours webpage for more information.
This event is free!
The conference is geared toward high school and community college students who are interested in teaching careers. We also have events for parents/guardians and teachers/counselors/educators.
Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Meal accommodations are also available.
Yes! Once you click on “Register Today”, the form will have you choose if you are registering as a student, parent/guardian, or teacher/counselor/educator.
That’s great! Please have all students and other attendees register individually on the conference registration page.
Yes! We have a special seminar for parents.
No, the Rural Education Summit will not be held this year.
Yes, we’d love to have you again. We have new workshop sessions, new speakers, and several new events on our schedule.
Yes, campus tours are optional. When registering, please select the option that you would like a tour. Learn more about visiting our campus.
