• When does registration open for the 2024 conferences?

  Monday, November 4.

• When does registration close for the 2024 conferences?

  Registration closes for Future Teacher Conference on Friday, January 24. (Don't wait to register, spots fill up quick!) 

• When is the conference?

  The Future Teacher Conference is Friday, February 7, 2025

• What time does the conference begin?

  Registration and breakfast begin at 7:00 am and the conference starts at 8:00 am.

• Where is the conference?

  Registration and breakfast is from 7:00 to 8:00 AM in Campus Commons. The conference will begin at 8:00 AM in the University Center (UC) Ballroom.

• What time will the conference end?

  If you are not participating in a campus tour, the conference will conclude at 2:00 PM. For those joining the tour, it will finish around 3:00–3:30 PM. Visit our Campus Tours webpage for more information.

• How much is the conference?

  This event is free! 

• Who is the conference for?

  The conference is geared toward high school and community college students who are interested in teaching careers. We also have events for parents/guardians and teachers/counselors/educators.

• Are meals provided?

  Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided. Meal accommodations are also available.

• Do parents need to register? Teachers/Counselors?

  Yes! Once you click on “Register Today”, the form will have you choose if you are registering as a student, parent/guardian, or teacher/counselor/educator.

• What if I am a teacher and bringing a large group?

  That’s great! Please have all students and other attendees register individually on the conference registration page.

• Are there special sessions/activities for parents?

  Yes! We have a special seminar for parents.

• Are you offering the Rural Education Summit again this year?

  No, the Rural Education Summit will not be held this year.

• If I came to the conference last year, can I come again?

  Yes, we’d love to have you again. We have new workshop sessions, new speakers, and several new events on our schedule.

• Are campus tours available?

  Yes, campus tours are optional. When registering, please select the option that you would like a tour. Learn more about visiting our campus here.

• What if I can no longer attend and I need to cancel my registration?

  Please call the Admissions Office at 970-351-2881 or email Visits@unco.edu

• Where do I park? 

  You can park in Lot C, which is conveniently located near Campus Commons. For more details on parking locations, please refer to the campus parking map.
