Energy Performance Contract
The Energy Performance project is an 8 million dollar project that is being funded through the utility savings. The university will realize into the future. After the term of the loan the savings will benefit the University directly. The project has included retrofitting existing florescent lights to LED in many office and classroom buildings, optimizing bathroom fixtures to conserve water, insulating pipe systems, and constructing a new efficient chiller plant to replace the cooling system in Turner Hall and eventually Lawrenson Hall.
